Message from Hong Kong to a friend in Okinawa
Hello my friends in Okinawa.
Here is Andy Chen, I am the convener of the Hong Kong Nationalist Party which is the first political party in Hong Kong advocated Hong Kong independence. However, my party was banned so now I am just a former convener of the party. And First of all, I want to send my condolences to you in Okinawa because of the tragedy that happened last week, I hope the heritage will be recover fully as soon as possible. and I hope you can preserve your culture and history. As I’m person that advocating independence of Hong Kong, I understand your feelings that people who seek independence for Okinawa. However, I have only one advice. Do not trust China, do not trust CCP. Now Hong Kong we are experiencing the one country two systems for over 20 years. However, as we all know that there have been protests and resistance against government and lots of people get hurt by the police. This is the price that we trust CCP. This is the price that we trust China. China may provide you and offer you lots of money or lots of resources and a lot of things that you did not need to pay for that. However, This is just some pre-payments for you and then afterwards it’s the honey trap. Once you receive this money, once you take this over, you need to give up your sovereignty bit by bit, you need to give up your homeland bit by bit and at the end of the day you need to give up your whole country. So China is a honey trap, don’t trust them. Now we are paying our price with blood, to redeem our city, to redeem our freedom. So, don’t follow our steps. Be independent, don’t trust China, don’t lean on China. Good luck to you my friends in Okinawa. Goodbye.
